Reporting "Asre Khodro", The total customs revenues in the first half of this year amounted to 4 billion dollars , which 2.6 billion dollars of this figure is from incoming and 1.4 billion dollars is from the place of VAT and Value added tax of imported goods.
Report added,regardless the revenue from car imports, the revenue performance of the Iranian Customs Department shows that customs incomes increased by 37% compared to the same period last year.
According to the report, the main reasons for the increase in customs revenues this year were a 100% increase in imports of goods with the help of intelligent customs systems. By launching electronic bills, electronic factors, smart customs controls entered into a new phase; The growth of customs revenue has been affected.
Accordingly, along with the launch of smart systems and customs clearance every year, we have seen an increase in customs revenues, and the Iranian Customs has managed to earn benefit on the basis of the income performance of the first half of this year as total income in 2015.
