Iran, the Only Producer of Automatic Tondar ۹۰

According to Asre-Khodro Following five years of brilliant presence in Iran domestic market, IKCO is going to present Tondar ۹۰ with automatic transmission system. The automatic version of Tondar ۹۰ would certainly enhance the position of this popular product of Renault among economical automatic cars.
Automatic Tondar ۹۰ enjoys a four speed electronic automatic transmission system with tiptronic option that allows the driver to switch to manual in certain situations for greater control of the car.
This four speed gearbox transmits ۱۰۵hp of Tondar ۹۰ K۴M engine with the maximum torque of ۱۴۸ NM at ۳۷۵۰ rpm to the front wheels in the best way possible. The driver feels a great synchronization between the engine and transmission system.
Automatic Tondar ۹۰ would be available with a bunch of extra options and safety systems like anti-lock braking system (ABS), electronic brakeforce distribution (EBD or EBFD), emergency brake assist (EBA) and front seats airbags.
Transmission system of automatic Tondar ۹۰ enjoys a smart system that changes the speed at the highest round of the engine possible when the driver pushes the gas pedal suddenly. This makes the driver feel a sport driving. Mohammad Reza Motamed, IKCO Deputy CEO in Tondar production in the road test ceremony announced that IKCO is going to produce and present three thousand automatic Tondar ۹۰s by the end of this Iranian calendar year i.e. March ۲۰۱۳. The company intends to chalk up this amount to ۱۵ thousand units next year.
“Based on the information and statistics of Iran Standard and Inspection Co, ۷۲.۵ percent of customers were satisfied with Tondar ۹۰ last year”, Motamed said and added, “according to the Renault license granted to IKCO on January ۱۹, ۲۰۱۳, IKCO would be the only producer of automatic Tondar ۹۰ in the world.”
Automatic Tondar ۹۰ is a high performance driver-friendly car in urban traffic. The wear of gearbox and its related accessories are at the lowest level in this car.
IKCO automatic Tondar ۹۰ is powered with a ۱۶ valve ۱۶۰۰cc engine that meets euro IV standard requirements.
Tondar ۹۰ is the name of Renault’s Logan that is produced in Iran. It is one of the most popular cars in this country. IKCO also aims to satisfy domestic market needs for light commercial vehicles by introducing a new pickup built on Tondar ۹۰ platform in a very near future.
