With an educational background in engineering and business, ۴۶-year-old Blaise joined Renault Trucks in ۱۹۹۹ and successively held the positions of managing director for Renault Trucks Dealer Subsidiaries Holding for Strasbourg (۲۰۰۶-۲۰۱۰) and Marseille (۲۰۱۰-۲۰۱۲).
Now based in the UAE, Blaise manages a total of ۲۱ markets.
